The mission is to "Create a community of female singer-songwriters and industry professionals that support one another in moving their careers forward as well as pushing gender equality".

Meet the event organiser: Andrea Dee

Andrea Released her electro-pop album Truth & Dare in 2021 and then created a live immersive concert launching to a sellout crowd at the London Hippodrome. Andrea now finds herself leading the charge for change in the music industry by turning up the female voice and providing the space for them to be themselves. She is building a community of like-minded people, female artists, and songwriters that are in the music business.
